We understand the special needs of our Asian community from countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka. We also see our Canadian friends loving Indian Food and Fancy items.

We bought this fast growing business (exists since 2003) in 2008. When we started, we heard a lot of complaints from the customers such as expired products, over pricing, forced buying, store hours.

We worked hard to eliminate or minimize the above mentioned problems by doing the following.

• Reorganized the store by putting proper shelving, 
• Installed computerized POS for transparency in billing.
• Changed the flooring for better cleanliness.
• Displayed prices for some of the products.
• Arranged items of some brands in  alphabetic order.
• Stopped ordering in bulk for those products expire frequently.
• Reduced margins for most of the products to be competitive to the prices in GTA stores. 
• Posted hours of operation and try to follow it. Sometimes, we found open late.
• Made self-serve to give  customer to choose.
• Hired part-time help in peak hours and in delivery time.

We are committed to provide excellent customer service and quality products at reasonable rates. We also strive to provide customized service based on the needs of our friendly and loyal customers.

We LISTEN to our customers to grow our business and expand the list of products we carry.

We try not to sell by force rather advice our customers to decide themselves what's best for them.
